- Click the + button
- + button can be found at the top of the page, right hand side near the search bar.
- Click Digital Treatment Plan
- Add the information required to create your Digital Treatment Plan:
- Date of Visit when the treatment plan was created.
- Select the Practitioner that created the treatment plan or the person/practitioner that you want the plan "sent" from
- Select or create the Patient
- Add Treatments to provide an itemised version of your treatment plan for the patient, the Auto Generate feature uses these items to create a patient-friendly explanation.
Don't add a treatment plan if you are just making the patient aware of the treatment option.
Allow them to understand the benefits so they book a consultation for that option.
Send info packs without a treatment plan if you have a quick chat during a check up or another appointment. Send the treatment plan plus information on the procedure when the patient is at the stage of booking their treatment.

Tips to increase patient opens and engagement
Make sure to tell your patient that they will receive an SMS with their digital treatment plan, and encourage them to get in touch with any queries either directly with the clinic or through the app.
You can check to see if your patient has reviewed the plan and how long they spent reviewing it and what they looked at. Follow up patients who have not booked, attended or completed their treatment.
