How To Find Patient Id From D4W
With a specific patient id from D4W, CoTreat can load data on demand for that patient if their data is missing from your integration data page.
In D4W, a patient id is a patient's Card No, you can usually find them in the Appointment Book or the Patient Records
Get Patient Id from Appointment Book
In D4W Appointment Book, you can double click any patient appointment to open up the appointment modal for the patient
Switch to the "Show treatment Plans" tab, where you will see the Card No which is the patient id CoTreat can use:
