Core Practice Integration - Troubleshooter
Reintegration and location settings
If you experience issues with your Core Practice integration you can follow the steps below and please contact us for help if you are unable to resolve the issue by clicking the "Help" icon in CoTreat.
If you are experiencing issues with your integration, please take the following steps:
- Check that your Core Practice PMS is running with no issues. If there is an issue with Core Practice, please contact their support team.
- Check that you do not have any systems issues affecting other software.
- Make sure you are connected to the internet.
We can hear you, "I wouldn't be on this page, if I hadn't done all of those things already". Sorry, we had to ask. Let's get to the next step.
Re-integration
- Click:
- Settings icon > b. Integration > c. Re-integrate for Core Practice and/or Core Practice Imager Module and follow the instructions.
If you don't see a button to "Re-integrate" as shown in the screenshots below this means that re-integration is not a solution for your issue. and you should click the "Help" beacon to get in touch with our support team. |
Location options
- If you want to change locations, you can do this by clicking Settings > Integration > and clicking the 3 dots to the right of the page and this will reveal settings (Click here for HelpScout article on locations)
- If you modify your location preferences from one location to all locations or from one location to multiple locations and the original location is also included, a data sync will be triggered immediately to sync the data relevant to the new location settings.
- If your change includes the removal of one or any locations your data will be updated by:
- Clearing previously synced data
- This means that your "integration data" page will be empty
- A new sync is triggered to retrieve data based on your new location settings
- Rest assured that changing your location that results in a sync clear as described above, does not remove:
- Existing Digital Treatment Plans or Colleague reports
- Any existing patient or practitioner profiles
If you do not select a location option this will block you from integration, so ensure that you select one of the options below:
