How to create login details for a new User
Adding and removing staff members can only be done by practice users with Admin permission.
You can invite a new user to your CoTreat practice from the "Settings > Users" page:
Step 1, click the Setting icon ⚙ from the header to open the Settings page, which by default opens the "Users" page
Step 2, in the "Users" page, click "Add User" button to open the "Invite New User" dialog:
Step 3, fill up the new user info and click "Invite New User" button to send out the invitation
- Permission - 'User' or 'Admin' permission. Admin permission allows the user to add, remove and edit other users within a practice.
- Add a new practitioner with the same name - At CoTreat, each report is associated with a "practitioner", so if the user you are inviting is also an practitioner, you can check this option
- Step 4, the new staff member will receive an email with a link to Get Started allowing them to set a password and set up their profile.
