How to add a new staff member to CoTreat

Adding and removing staff members can only be done by practice users with Admin permission.

You can invite a new user to your CoTreat practice from the "Settings > Users" page:

  • Step 1, click the Setting iconfrom the header to open the Settings page, which by default opens the "Users" page

  • Step 2, in the "Users" page, click "Add User" button to open the "Invite New User" dialog:

  • Step 3, fill up the new user info and click "Invite New User" button to send out the invitation

    • Permission - 'User' or 'Admin' permission. Admin permission allows the user to add, remove and edit other users within a practice.
    • Add a new practitioner with the same name - At CoTreat, each report is associated with a "practitioner", so if the user you are inviting is also an practitioner, you can check this option

  • Step 4, the new staff member will receive an email with a link to Get Started allowing them to set a password and set up their profile.
