CoTreat Refund Policy
CoTreat Pty Ltd (ABN 92638604190) will refund any fees paid within 30 days of the initial purchase where a customer/practice changes their mind in regard to the purchase.
For the avoidance of doubt this does not impact your statutory rights to a refund where there is a major issue with your purchase such as the product not doing as is described. We offer refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Any benefits set out in this policy may apply in addition to consumers rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Actioning your refund
1) Provide us your cancellation and refund request in writing to the email below or an alternate contact as agreed at the time of purchase:

2) Provide us with your bank account details so the refund can be organised
Please be aware
1) Refunds are only available once per customer/practice (Lifetime)
2) Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds
3) Refunds need to be actioned within 30 days of the purchase date
