Exporting a treatment plan from Exact

When creating a treatment plan for CoTreat you will first need to export your images and treatment plan/treatment estimate from your practice management software.

We recommend exporting all the necessary files to the desktop or a easily accessible  file on your PC first to make importing into CoTreat easier and faster!

Exporting the Treatment Plan/Fees estimate from open the patient "chart" screen within their Exact file.

Press on the "create a estimate" button as you would usually do to prepare a estimate for patients.

Follow the normal protocol you would follow to create a estimate as below:

When you get to the sharing options as above, you should be able to press print and select the "print to PDF option"

OR

you can press "email"

From the email screen you can "save" your file as a PDF, the estimate to a file on your PC ready to import into CoTreat.

You're now ready to create/load your plan inside CoTreat!
