How to use Colleague Reports

Colleague Reports play a crucial role in CoTreat Colleague by providing valuable insights and advice to practitioners. Each Colleague Report serves as an independent assessment of the imaging data and treatment plans created by practitioners during their diagnostic appointments. Accessing Colleague Reports


To access the full list of Colleague Reports, click on "Colleague" in the header.


  • A "Result Summary" column will display a brief overview of the findings.
  • Tools for filtering the reports are located at the top of the page.
  • Click "Full Report" to view the details of each report.

Colleague Report Details


The Colleague Report details page is organized into three main sections:

  • Top Section: Contains image tools and patient information.
  • Left Section: Features the image list and an image viewer, displaying the currently selected patient image.
  • Right Section: Houses the report result section with tabs to switch between:
    • Report Result Summary: A summary based on our evidence-based findings, presenting only the most critical information.
    • All Findings: A detailed and complete list of all findings generated from our verification process.

Colleague Report Summary (Colleague Note)

The report summary highlights the most important findings that practitioners should focus on. Emojis are currently used to make the summary more readable:


  • 🔴 : Important and urgent findings without corresponding treatments from the practitioner.
  • 🟠 : Important but not urgent findings that lack treatments from the practitioner.
  • 🟥 : Treatments that are critical but lack sufficient evidence to support their inclusion.
  • 🟧 : Treatments that are not critical and lack sufficient evidence.
  • 💡 : Missed treatments that offer financial opportunities for the practice.
  • 🖼 : Suggestions to improve the quality of patient images for better diagnosis and assessment, or certain types of patient images missing for our verification process.

All Findings

For practitioners keen on understanding the details of our verification results, the "All Findings" tab provides a comprehensive list of evidence-based findings. These findings are grouped into categories and include the following components:

  • Subcategory
  • Finding Description
  • Affected Tooth and Surface Information (if applicable)
