How to set up patient reviews for Google and Facebook

Reviews on the web are a vital factor in new patients finding and ultimately booking with your clinic. Google prioritises businesses with more reviews so asking your happy patients to review your business will move you higher up the search results in your area. CoTreat's conversation feature makes it easy to invite your patients to post reviews on your Google or Facebook page.

Enabling review invitations

Click Settings ⚙ > Review Invitation > Enable Review Invitation


You can customise what the message says when you send invite a patient to review your practice in the Invitation Text box.

  • Go to your practice's Facebook page
  • Click the About tab
  • Copy/paste your Page ID into the box
