Core Practice Integration - what and how.
Why integration?
CoTreat know how busy a dental practice can be. That's why we are integrated with Core Practice and other popular dental Practice Management Software (PMS) to make CoTreat even easier to use for your Practice.
CoTreat is integrated with:
- Core Practice Practice Management Software
- CoTreat automatically uploads the most recent 7 -10 days of patient appointment information from Core Practice information including patient details, practitioner information, appointment dates and times, AND
- Core Practice Image Viewer
- CoTreat automatically uploads the images associated with the most recent 7 days of appointment information.
How to set up your Core Practice integration to CoTreat
Once your CoTreat account is set up you can request and set up your Core Practice Integration within CoTreat following a few easy steps:
- Click:
- Settings Icon > b. Integration > c. Core Practice
- Click:
- Continue > b. Submit a request with Core Practice
Completing the "Submit A Request" form
- Fill in your details for email, name and clinic/location
- Subject - "CoTreat Integration"
- Support category - "Add-on Integrations"
- What is the impact on your clinic? - "Normal"
- Description - "Request to activate CoTreat Integration for <<Input your Core Practice URL>>
- Core Practice will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your request to integrate
- Notify you by email when they have added CoTreat to the list of available integrations for your Core Practice account
- IMPORTANT: The message that you need to submit a request to Core Practice as shown below will still appear, even after you have completed this step. You must wait until Core notify you that they have enabled the integration and contact us for help if you do not receive the notification within 2 working days.
- Once you receive notification from Core Practice that CoTreat is ready for you to integrate
- Return to the Integration page by clicking Settings > Integration
- Click "Continue Integration Setup" button and follow the required steps including the selection of the "location". You can either select "All locations" "multiple locations" or a single "location" this will determine if CoTreat receives integrated data from all, multiple or a single location if you have multiple sites and Core locations.
- Also select the Core Image viewer option if you have this installed.
