Setting up Digests and Patient notifications

Every day is busy in your practice and each day brings challenges. CoTreat is here to work for you, not to create extra work.

To help you keep you in touch with important information from CoTreat, this guide will help you set up:

Digests

  • Set up Digests for you and the team (Admin permissions required to set up for team)
  • Practice Daily and Weekly - for Practice Owners/Managers
  • Practitioner Daily

Notifications

    • Receive alerts to your email for important patient messages sent to CoTreat

Digests

Practice Digests - Sent to Users set up with Practice Owner/Manager role

Practitioner Digests - Sent to Practitioners who are also set up with User accounts

Practice Digests Practitioner Digests

Includes practice-wide statistics on:

  • The Day ahead - Appointments (PMS Data) and Treatment Opportunities identified by CoTreat
  • Yesterday - Appointments, Rebookings, Treatment Planned, Completed (PMS Data) and Sent (CoTreat Data)
  • Weekly version to recap the week

Includes statistics for the Practitioner:

  • The Day ahead - Appointments (PMS Data) and Treatment Opportunities identified by CoTreat
  • Yesterday - Appointments, Rebookings, Treatment Planned, Completed (PMS Data) and Sent (CoTreat Data)

For you - Setting up Digests and Notifications

  • Click Settings icon ⚙️ > Notifications >
  • Select your preferred option to receive Digests and Message Notifications
  • Message notifications include "Request to Proceed"
  • Weekly Practice Digests are sent by Default - Practice Digests are only available to Users set up as Practice Owner/Manager
  • You can also choose to receive Daily Practice Digests

Digests are only available for Users with the following roles:

  • Practice Owner/Manager - Practice Digests (Weekly by default, option to receive daily)
  • Practitioner - Practitioner Digests

For your team - Setting up Digests and Notifications

Setting up Digests and notifications requires Admin permissions.

  1. Click Practice Members - you will see Digests settings for your team. You can't see message notification settings, you need to click Edit to see these for your team.
